SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Maison Denisse ships exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).

We do not offer international or / and Dominican Republic shipping at this time.

Please note that we are also unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the safe and tracked delivery of your curated essentials.

2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. SHIPPING ORIGIN & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
To provide you with the best variety and prices, our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the United States and China.

  • Standard Delivery: [3-5] business days 
  • Standard Delivery from China: [8-12] business days 

Please note: Items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Maison Denisse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(Note: Most orders shipped to the USA under $800 are typically duty-free under current de minimis laws).

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Maison Denisse is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and includes any necessary apartment or suite numbers.

7. DAMAGES AND LOSS
Maison Denisse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC CUSTOMERS (COURIER SERVICES)

Maison Denisse welcomes customers from the Dominican Republic. Please ensure you provide your verified Miami-based courier address (including your unique Member ID/Account Number) at checkout.

Transfer of Liability and Risk:
Maison Denisse Beauty Store is not responsible for any damage, defects, material shortages, or loss of goods once the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to the U.S. address provided (your Courier's warehouse). Our liability ends at the moment of delivery to the Miami-based freight forwarder.

Delays and Customs Duties:
We are not liable for any delays in the second-leg transit from Miami to the Dominican Republic, nor for any Dominican Republic Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred. All local taxes and import regulations in the Dominican Republic are the sole responsibility of the customer. Maison Denisse Beauty Store will not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for issues arising after the package has been received by your courier.
