REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the nature of our beauty products and for strictly hygienic and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," personal dissatisfaction, or skin sensitivity. We encourage you to review all ingredients and product descriptions before purchasing.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTIVE ITEMS)
Please inspect your order upon reception. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Reporting Window: You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at concierge@maisondenisse.com.
Evidence Required: You must provide your order number and clear photos and videos showing the damage or defect, as well as the shipping label.
Resolution: Once verified, for approved claims, customers may choose between a replacement at no extra cost, store credit for future purchases, or issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to ship the damaged item back to us, saving you time and shipping costs.
3. FREIGHT FORWARDERS & COURIERS (DR CUSTOMERS)
Maison Denisse is not responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items that occur during the transit from your Miami courier to the Dominican Republic. Our liability ends once the package is marked as "Delivered" to the U.S. address provided at checkout.
4. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at concierge@maisondenisse.com.
